The best part of peer-to-peer rentals isn't always the savings—it's the person on the other end who's happy to share a tip about using the tool, or who genuinely wants your project to go well. We don't promise that every rental becomes a friendship, but we've seen it happen more than you'd expect.

Team
Chris Rodde
Chris Rodde learned the joy of cutting wood with a Skilsaw from his grandfather who was a carpenter and contractor. Through summers in high school and college, Chris worked a collection of different construction jobs ranging from fence builder, to worksite grunt, to junior carpenter, to Gradall forklift driver. Now, Chris's projects are mostly confined to his house in Seattle and projects that don't require getting too high on the ladder. Chris is excited to build a community where tool owners can connect with those looking for a tool or two to finish a project.
